Current SACPCMP registration
Active registration or currently in progress. Equivalent registrations from ECSA, SACAP, or ASAQS are considered on merit.
Relevant built environment qualification
National Diploma, B.Tech, or degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or quantity surveying.
Minimum 3 years site or inspection experience
Hands-on experience assessing properties in the field. Advisory or design-only backgrounds are considered alongside fieldwork.
